Dr. Denny has extensive experience in the treatment and management of work injury claims in Idaho and Washington.
Jeff Givens, MD
Dr. Givens is Board Certified in Family Medicine in both the United States and Canada. He has been actively managing acute and chronic illness plus occupational injuries for the past 18 years. Dr. Givens has lived in Coeur d'Alene since moving here from Oregon six years ago.

Wendy has worked for over 10 years in occupational medicine and has extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations for a drug free workplace, department of transportation (DOT) physicals, drug and alcohol testing, respiratory clearance evaluations, Pulmonary Function testing and pre-employment screening.
Ray Ann Higgins: Workers Compensation Case Coordinator
Ray Ann has extensive knowledge in workers compensation claims. She has been providing clinical case management, and has been working directly with the Idaho Industrial Commission and Washington State Department of Labor and Industries for more than 7 years.
Justin Peterson: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Justin has been working as a nurse in the acute injury care setting for 5 years, and has a thorough understanding of the requirements of a work injury patient. Justin works directly with the providers at Kootenai Occupational Medicine to provide superior patient care to everyone seen in the clinic.
Bridget Kennedy: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Bridget has been working as an LPN for six years, five of which have been in the North Idaho Family Physicians/Kootenai Urgent Care system. Due to her background in the urgent care/occupational medicine realm, Bridget has a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of an injured worker.
Kristy Streeter: Occupational Health Assistant
Kristy has been employed in the North Idaho Family Physicians / Kootenai Urgent Care system for several years. Kristy is known for her understanding and patient assistance, and has a strong knowledge of HIPAA standards regarding patient security and privacy.
